My son and I and some of his friends are going to a 4th of July \u201cExtravaganza\u201d hosted at the Smith-Wills Stadium and promoted by Mississippi Live Statewide. The more I read the promoters website Mississippi Live Statewide and the fliers they posted, I certainly hope it is going to be worth-while.<\/p>\n
The \u201cflyers\u201d are filled with spelling errors such as \u201cLouxarious\u201d 4 day Carnival Cruise and \u201cSpounge\u201d Bob will be there. They seem to cater to mainly musical artists and are adding the other attractions to draw in the crowds. They promise big money for winners including a softball tournament. They are charging $10 per person\/per day when you purchase tickets on-line or at Be-Bop Records. They will be $15 at the gate. Plus they\u2019re charging an arm-and-a-leg for registration of all kinds. We\u2019ll only be going on the 4th and only to see the auto & bike show.<\/p>\n
I hope they don\u2019t disappoint as the last Car Show \u201cExtravaganza\u201d was lame. Not many people around here seem to want to put on a good car show.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
